About Me
I've been a bit of a 'closet website builder' for the past few years. A few colleagues that did know what I've been doing have asked for my consulting services. I gladly assisted and offered them the insight they needed to optimize their websites.
In doing this I discovered that businesses want and need websites that perform as well as look good. This is why I decided to develop a business developing functional websites for small companies; for the established Business Owner and the new Entrepreneur.
So what do I mean by websites that perform? Websites that meet the businesses ultimate objectives and do this by offering: visually pleasing designs, contact information, a clearly stated niche including a unique selling positions (USP), a location to collect email addresses, SERP-friendly copy-writing and customer tracking so your business can improve its marketing on an ongoing basis. And all of these functions operate with or without your presence!
What is my experience?
I am certified in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and I have been building websites for approximately 3 years using this technique. SEO incorporated into websites can improve your website's search position and ultimately increase the amount of traffic that visits you daily. My first website www.GearUp4Nature.com is a fully optimized website that attracts 100 plus visitors per day, naturally (without using pay per click campaigns, etc).
I have experience building websites that 'test market' a product to see if it's a potentially lucrative market. I also have experience with operating a drop-shipping business and a download-able product business.
I am a strong believer in learning about potential customers and how to best serve a market. For this reason I recommend a 'customer tracking' tool that follows the behavioral trends of potential customers with every website that I build.
As for website functions I have extensive experience with affiliate marketing, Google Adsense, Google Analytics, Shopping Carts, Video, Audio, Copy-writing, Linking, Keyword Research, Google Adwords, Graphics and much more.
I am a highly motivated individual with determination, persistence and excellent time management skills.
I am an Entrepreneur and Small Business Owner of one Restaurant and Real Estate in addition to this business Websites for Small Companies. Business is my second love to my two children, dog, spouse and lifestyle. I'm an avid nature enthusiast as well.
